1. Our Commitment

AegisIQ Limited is committed to responsible, permission-based email practices. We believe that your inbox belongs to you, and we take that seriously. We never send unsolicited bulk email (spam), and we hold ourselves to the highest standards of email ethics across every jurisdiction in which we operate.

This Anti-Spam Policy applies to all email communications sent from @cryptoloveyou.com addresses, including newsletters, promotional emails, transactional notices, and any other email originated or authorised by AegisIQ Limited.

This policy is effective as of June 21, 2026 and forms part of our broader suite of legal and compliance documents, which include our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By subscribing to any of our email lists, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

2. Legal Frameworks We Follow

CryptoLoveYou.com and AegisIQ Limited operate under and comply with the following anti-spam and electronic communications laws. Where two or more laws apply to a single recipient, we apply the stricter standard.

3. Types of Email We Send

We send only the following categories of email. Every email we send falls into exactly one of these categories, which determines the consent basis and labelling requirements that apply.

Newsletter

Curated cryptocurrency, AI, and financial market news and commentary, delivered on a regular schedule. This list is subscription-based and opt-in only. You must affirmatively subscribe to receive newsletter emails; we do not add anyone to this list without their express consent.

Transactional Emails

Confirmations, account-related notices, password resets, and other communications that are directly triggered by your actions on the Site. These are required for the proper functioning of your account and are sent without a separate marketing opt-in, as permitted by applicable law.

Product and Service Updates

Promotional Content

4. How We Collect Email Addresses

We collect email addresses only through the following legitimate, consent-based means:

5. Email Content Standards

Every commercial or marketing email we send must, and does, meet the following minimum content standards:

• Clear sender identification — Every email clearly identifies AegisIQ Limited as the sender in the "From" field. We do not send email from misleading, anonymous, or disguised addresses.
• Accurate routing information — The "From", "To", "Reply-To", and all routing header information accurately reflect the origin of the message and our identity.
• Truthful subject lines — Subject lines accurately and honestly describe the content of the email. We never use deceptive, misleading, or clickbait subject lines to induce opens.
• Physical mailing address — Every commercial email includes our physical mailing address: AegisIQ Limited, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act and equivalent laws.
• Unsubscribe link — Every commercial or marketing email includes a clear, prominently displayed, and fully functional unsubscribe link. This link will always work for a minimum of 30 days after the email is sent.
• No deceptive language — We do not use language that is false, misleading, or likely to deceive recipients about the nature, origin, or content of the email.
• Affiliate and sponsored content disclosure — Any email that promotes affiliate or sponsored products clearly discloses the commercial relationship using labels such as "Sponsored", "Ad", or "Affiliate" at or near the top of the relevant content. This disclosure is clear and conspicuous, not buried in fine print.

6. How to Unsubscribe

You can stop receiving emails from CryptoLoveYou.com at any time using any of the following methods:

Method 1 — One-Click Unsubscribe

Click the "Unsubscribe" link located in the footer of any email you receive from us. This is the fastest method and will immediately initiate the removal process. No login is required.

Method 2 — Email Request

Send an email with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line to: privacy@cryptoloveyou.com. Please include the email address you wish to unsubscribe in the body of your message.

Method 3 — Contact Form

Use our contact form at cryptoloveyou.com/contact/ and request removal from our mailing list. Please specify the email address you wish to remove.

7. What We Will Never Do

AegisIQ Limited commits to the following prohibitions with respect to email communications. These are not aspirational; they are firm policies:

• Never sell, rent, or trade your email address to any third party for their own marketing purposes;
• Never use your email address for purposes beyond what you consented to at the time of collection;
• Never send email from misleading, disguised, or spoofed sender addresses that conceal our identity;

• Never use pre-checked consent boxes or bundle marketing consent with non-marketing consent;
• Never purchase, rent, or use email lists harvested from third parties or obtained without verified consent;

8. Third-Party Email Partners

We may use third-party email service providers (ESPs) to send, manage, and track our email communications. These providers may include platforms such as Resend, Mailchimp, and Beehiiv, among others. Our use of any ESP is subject to the following conditions:

• All ESPs we engage are contractually required to comply with our Anti-Spam Policy and all applicable anti-spam and data protection laws;
• ESPs are prohibited by contract from using your email address or personal data for their own marketing purposes or from sharing it with third parties for any purpose other than delivering our emails;
• We conduct due diligence on ESPs before engaging them and monitor their compliance on an ongoing basis;
• ESPs process your data under a data processing agreement that satisfies GDPR and PDPO requirements, including appropriate security and confidentiality obligations.

• Our promotional content in emails is subject to the same editorial standards as our website content — we do not make false or misleading claims about affiliate products.

10. Reporting Spam

If you have received an unsolicited email that claims to be from CryptoLoveYou.com or AegisIQ Limited, please be aware of the following:

How to Report Suspicious Emails

• Report to us directly: Forward the suspicious email as an attachment to abuse@cryptoloveyou.com. Include any relevant headers if possible. We will investigate promptly.
• Report to the FTC (USA): Report spam and phishing to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
• Report to SpamCop: Submit spam reports via spamcop.net to help block future delivery.
• Report to your email provider: Use the "Report spam" or "Report phishing" feature built into your email client (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.) to alert your provider.

We take reports of email spoofing and phishing using our brand seriously. We use industry-standard email authentication protocols including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to reduce the risk of email forgery.
